The application for the patent was published on July 17, 2026, under issue no. 29/2026.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is an AI and IoT based asthma detection system (100) comprises a network of physiological sensing units (102) configured to continuously acquire respiratory-related biomedical parameters. The system also includes a data acquisition and transmission module (104) configured to pre-process the acquired biomedical and environmental data. The system also includes an artificial intelligence–based prediction module (106) configured to analyze the pre-processed data, extract respiratory anomaly features, classify severity patterns, and detect early indicators of asthma. The system also includes a risk assessment and alert generation module (108) configured to compute an asthma risk index based on the output of the prediction module, compare the index to one or more threshold levels, and automatically generate alerts, notifications, or recommended interventions. The system also includes a system control and user interface module (110) configured to display real-time respiratory analytics, historical trends, risk scores, and personalized recommendations.
