The application for the patent was published on July 03, 2026, under issue no. 27/2026.

Abstract: The present invention relates to the dental instrument field, and more particularly to a 360° rotatable handpiece-mounted suction attachment for dental airotor handpieces enabling simultaneous cutting and evacuation of fluids and debris. The attachment includes a silicone holding sleeve that frictionally engages the cylindrical barrel of the handpiece and incorporates a longitudinal channel housing a transparent, kink-resistant flexible suction tube. The flexible tube terminates in a suction tip positioned near the rotating bur to define a primary suction zone for evacuation of fluids and debris, while a suction connector enables connection to a dental vacuum hose. The sleeve permits manual rotation of the tube and tip to maintain desired orientation during dental procedures.
