MUMBAI, India, Oct. 12 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611115620 A) filed by Virendra Singh Chawra on September 26, 2026, for An Adaptive Multi-Cloud Transaction Risk Assessment System With Behavioral Fingerprinting And Dynamic Fraud-Detection Windows.

Inventor includes Virendra Singh Chawra.

The application for the patent was published on October 09, 2026, under issue no. 41/2026.

Abstract: [042] An adaptive multi-cloud transaction risk assessment system comprises authenticated cloud-local event collectors, event-time normalization, privacy-preserving behavioral fingerprint extraction, a bounded dynamic detection-window controller, federated transaction correlation and a policy-based response orchestrator. The controller adjusts overlapping fraud-detection windows using behavioral volatility, event completeness and persistence safeguards to detect both rapid transaction bursts and distributed low-frequency sequences. A correlation engine combines pseudonymous temporal and graph features across cloud environments to produce an evidence-supported risk state. Time-bounded and reversible responses are selected according to risk confidence and transaction-impact policies. Quality-checked adjudicated outcomes recalibrate detection parameters, while a tamper-evident ledger retains decision provenance and replay information. Accompanied Drawing [FIGS. 1-2].
