Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention provides an adaptive machine learning system for real-time behavioral pattern detection. The system acquires behavioral observations from heterogeneous data sources, preprocesses and synchronizes the observations, extracts behavioral features, and generates a dynamic behavioral profile representing expected behavior. An adaptive machine learning engine processes current behavioral representations and a deviation detector identifies deviations from the dynamic behavioral profile. A confidence and decision module evaluates deviation magnitude, historical behavior, temporal persistence, contextual information, data reliability, and machine learning confidence to classify behavioral states. A feedback-driven adaptation controller selectively updates the behavioral profile, detection parameters, and machine learning model using validated behavioral observations and feedback. The system may operate at an edge computing device to reduce processing latency and communication requirements. The invention enables continuous learning and real-time detection of evolving behavioral patterns without requiring complete retraining of the machine learning system after every behavioral change.
