Abstract: Abstract The current invention is associated with the intelligent assistive mobility system that will help people with severe motor disabilities to achieve greater independence and safety. The offered system is based on the brain-computer interface technology, intelligent navigation, adaptive multi-mode control, and real-time physiological monitoring. The current system senses user intention to move to a preferred destination and navigates in semi-autonomous operation with a path plan and obstacle avoidance system, unlike a traditional neural wheelchair, which implements the basic directional instructions only. The system also adds dynamic control mode of switching between neural, voice and mobile interface depending on evaluation of signal reliability. Moreover, the health sensors are integrated to constantly check the heart rate, the body temperature, and the tilt, which allows the automatic safety intervention in the case of an emergency. The invention offers a wholesome mobility solution which improves the operational stability, medical security and user autonomy of assistive transports setting.
