The application for the patent was published on July 03, 2026, under issue no. 27/2026.
Abstract: The present invention relates to an adaptive fatigue monitoring and recovery prediction system configured to estimate user fatigue levels using physiological, activity, and environmental sensing parameters. The system comprises a heart rate sensor (1), an activity sensor (2), and an environmental temperature sensor (3] configured to collect real-time user data. The collected sensor signals are transmitted through a data acquisition i i interface (4) to a microcontroller processing unit [5] that performs data normalization and converts the measurements into stress score values. A cumulative fatigue index (6] is calculated by combining previously accumulated fatigue values with current stress measurements to represent gradual fatigue development. The system further includes a personalized fatigue calibration module (7) that learns baseline physiological characteristics and classifies fatigue levels. An environment-aware recovery prediction module (8) estimates adaptive rest duration, while a display or CM E o alert unit (9] provides fatigue status notifications and recovery recommendations to the user.
