The at least one control unit (203) receives the radar data (D2) and the image data (D1) from a plurality of sensors (201) and processes the received image data (D1) based on the radar data (D2) to generate calibrated detection data (CD). The at least one control unit (203) computes object prediction data (OD) and road prediction data (RD) based on the calibrated detection data (CD) and compares the object prediction data (OD) with the road prediction data (RD) to generate plurality of control signals (S) to regulate one or more operations of the vehicle (100) using one or more components (101) of the vehicle (100).
