Abstract: The present invention discloses an adaptive context-aware artificial intelligence framework for cross-domain decision support and autonomous problem resolution. The framework comprises a contextual data acquisition module, a preprocessing engine, a contextual modeling engine, a knowledge abstraction layer, a dynamic reasoning engine, a self-adaptive learning module, and a validation mechanism. The system captures multi-source inputs including environmental parameters, user intent, operational constraints, and task objectives, and converts them into structured contextual representations. A dynamic context graph is generated to enable situational awareness and adaptive reasoning. The knowledge abstraction layer facilitates domain-neutral representation and cross-domain knowledge transfer without retraining. The reasoning engine autonomously selects appropriate inference strategies based on contextual indicators, while the self-adaptive learning module continuously improves decision accuracy using feedback and historical outcomes. The validation mechanism ensures logical consistency and reliability. The invention provides scalable, real-time, and domain-independent intelligent automation across heterogeneous application environments.
