Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention relates to an adaptive cognitive trait analysis and career guidance system (100) configured to generate personalized career guidance by analyzing cognitive and behavioral characteristics of users. The cognitive assessment module acquires user responses through adaptive assessment activities, while the cognitive analysis module identifies cognitive strengths, aptitude characteristics, behavioral patterns, and learning preferences. The career recommendation module correlates the identified cognitive characteristics with suitable career pathways and associated learning resources. The system further incorporates accessibility-oriented interaction and collaborative community engagement to improve user participation. The integrated operation of the modules enables adaptive cognitive assessment, personalized career mapping, continuous learning support, improved recommendation accuracy, and inclusive career development for neurodivergent individuals and diverse learners.
