Abstract: AN ADAPTIVE ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE-DRIVEN SYSTEM FOR END-TO-END DIGITAL HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT AND WORKFORCE OPTIMIZATION The present invention relates to the development of a technique for end-to-end digital human resource management and workforce optimization that is driven by adaptive artificial intelligence is revealed. The system consists of a display layer, an AI orchestration engine, a data layer that aggregates HR data from various sources, and an application services layer that implements multiple HR lifecycle modules. In order to produce predictive and prescriptive insights and recommendations for workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, learning and development, engagement, and succession planning, the AI orchestration engine uses feature engineering, machine learning, natural language processing, and optimization techniques. Digital interfaces are used to send outputs to pertinent stakeholders in the form of dashboards, alerts, and workflow activities. Adaptive, self-improving workforce optimization is made possible by a closed-loop feedback mechanism that records the results of human resource actions and retrains models. FIG.1
