Dilip Prabhakar Gadgil, Ph.D. (Ayurveda), and clinically applied by Dr. Sushrut Dilip Gadgil, M.D. (Ayurveda), for the management, prevention and adjuvant treatment of cancer. Distinct from AMRUTVED NUMBER 1, this formulation comprises fourteen constituents: Hiraka Bhasma, Raktapachaka Churna (Patola, Sariva, Musta, Patha, Kutaki), Shukrashodhana Gana, Rasayana Churna (Gokshur, Amalaki, Guduchi), Patha and Dhamasa Churna (Cissampelos pareira and Fagonia cretica), Ananta Churna (Hemidesmus indicus), Vaikrant Bhasma, Bruhat Vata Chintamani Rasa, Vedanantaka Rasa, Suvarna Bhasma, Suvarna Makshika Bhasma, Gairik Bhasma, Shaliparni Churna and Dushivishari Agad Churna. The formulation provides enhanced Raktaprasadana, Arsha-Dushya targeting, triple anti-angiogenic activity, triple Sheeta anti-Pitta protection and a three-tier detoxification system. It is particularly indicated for colorectal cancers, soft-tissue malignancies, hematological cancers and Pitta-dominant cancer presentations requiring hepatoprotective adjuvant support.
