Abstract: An aluminum alloy clad plate (1) comprises: a core material (2) which has a chemical composition comprising 0.10-0.40 mass% of Si, 0.40 mass% or less of Fe, 0.20 mass% or less of Cu, 0.30 mass% or less of Mn, 1.2-2.0 mass% of Mg, 0.10 mass% or less of Cr, 0.50 mass% or less of Zn, and 0.10 mass% or less of Ti, with the balance being Al and unavoidable impurities, in which the ratio of the Mg content to the Si content is 12 or less, and which has a liquid phase ratio of less than 4.4 mass% at 610°C; and a skin material (3) which comprises aluminum or an aluminum alloy and which is provided on at least one surface of the core material (2). The solidus temperature of the skin material (3) is 610°C or higher, and the Mg content is 0.10 mass% or less.
