A portion of the optical cord (2) extending from the rear housing (8) is inserted into the sleeve (15). The guide part (53) is provided between the rear housing engagement part (51) and the sleeve holding part (52), and guides the optical cord (2) extending from the rear housing (8) into the sleeve (15). The guide part (53) has a tapered surface (53a) with which the optical cord (2) makes contact.
