Abstract: The titled invention discloses an eye distance monitoring system configured to continuously monitor the viewing distance between a user and a digital display screen. The system comprises an ultrasonic distance sensor (1), a microcontroller unit (2), a digital display screen (3), a green LED indicator (4), a red LED indicator (5), a buzzer unit (6), and a power supply unit (7). The ultrasonic distance sensor (1) continuously measures the viewing distance and transmits the measured data to the microcontroller unit (2), which compares the measured distance with a predefined safe threshold. When the viewing distance is within the safe range, the green LED indicator (4) remains activated. When the measured distance falls below the predefined safe limit, the microcontroller unit (2) activates the red LED indicator (5) and the buzzer unit (6) to warn the user. The invention provides a simple, economical, and real-time solution for promoting healthy screen usage, reducing digital eye strain, and improving visual comfort during prolonged use of digital display devices.
