Abstract: The Alarming System for Dental Operating Chair in order to improvise dentist health is an advanced ergonomic support solution designed to monitor both posture and working conditions in real time. The system integrates sensors such as MPU6050 for posture and tilt detection, FSR (Force Sensitive Resistor) for pressure monitoring, and DHT11 for temperature and humidity measurement. Using ESP32 microcontrollers and ESP-NOW wireless communication, data collected from the chair unit is transmitted instantly to a display unit for monitoring. The system provides continuous monitoring of posture alignment along with working conditions, enabling dentists to maintain proper posture during procedures. Its compact and integrated design makes it suitable for daily use in dental clinics, hospitals, and educational institutions. The system offers a user-friendly interface through an OLED display that presents real-time data and alerts clearly. When improper posture or prolonged static positions are detected, the system generates alerts through vibration or buzzer to ensure immediate correction. Future enhancements may include integration with mobile applications, cloud-based data storage, and AI-based ergonomic analysis, making it a promising solution for improving dentist health and workplace ergonomics.
