Abstract: Globally, and especially in cities, air pollution is rising quickly, leading to major health issues such respiratory illnesses, exhaustion, and chronic lung damage. Many people are ignorant of the current state of the air around them and are unable to comprehend the impact of pollution on their own health. Current air quality monitoring systems do not consider specific health factors like heart rate or breathing patterns; instead, they primarily give broad environmental data. Furthermore, most systems on the market are not inexpensive or portable for regular personal usage. A clever IoT-based customized air quality and health monitoring system might be created to solve this issue. To track ambient conditions and the user's health in real time, this system combines health monitoring sensors with air quality sensors. The gathered information is sent to a cloud platform or mobile application so that it can be examined and presented to the user. When hazardous pollution levels or unusual health situations are identified, the system can also produce customized alerts and emergency notifications. This method assists people in comprehending their exposure to pollution and taking preventative measures to safeguard their health.
