Abstract: AIR VENT FOR A VEHICLE The present invention relates to an air vent (100) for a vehicle. The air vent (100) includes a housing (102) defining an air inlet (104), an air outlet (106) and an air channel (108). The housing (102) includes a rear portion (110), and a front portion (112) movably mounted to the rear portion (110) for directing the airflow towards the vehicle cabin. The front portion (112) includes an upper movable element (120) and a lower movable member (122). Each of the movable elements (120, 122) include a first member (124a, 124b) and a second member (126a, 126b) connected to each-other via a flexible member (128a, 128b). The front end of the first member (124a, 124b) is pivotally mounted, and the rear end of the second member (126a, 126b) is slidably engaged with an internal surface of the two opposite side walls (118a, 118b).
