Abstract: An adjustable air nozzle (18) for an oven (12) of a stretching unit (10), in particular a transverse direction orienter, machine direction orienter and/or simultaneous stretching unit, comprising a housing (40), outlet openings (38), ducts (42) and an adjustment device (44). A storage space (46) is formed within the housing (40). The ducts (42) each comprise an inlet (48) on their first end that opens into the storage space (46) and open on their second end into the environment of the housing (40), in particular the oven (12), by means of the outlet openings (38). The adjustment device (44) comprises a moveable closure element (52) for changing a flow cross section of the inlets (48) of the ducts (42), wherein the adjustment device (44) is designed in such a way that the closure element (52) can be moved between different positions, thereby changing the flow cross section of at least one of the inlets (48).
