Abstract: Provided is an air bag device capable of reliably preventing a liquid such as rainwater from splashing onto an air bag or an inflator within a storage member. A storage member 65 includes an air bag cover 66 and a lower cover 75, and covers the entire outer peripheral side of a folded air bag 35 and an inflator 38. The air bag and the inflator are held by a bag holder 50 having an outer peripheral edge side that is attached to the storage member. The inflator is attached to the bag holder such that an other end side of a main body portion 39 projects from the bag holder. In the bag holder, a central part 51 where the inflator and the air bag are attached is positioned closer to the air bag cover than a peripheral edge part 53 to which the air bag cover and the lower cover are attached. A discharge hole 86 capable of discharging liquid that has penetrated to the inside of the storage member to the outside is formed on the lower end side of the lower cover when the lower cover is installed in a vehicle.
