Abstract: The present invention discloses AIDAS (Adaptive Intelligent Deterrence and Aversion System), an intelligent avian deterrence system integrating embedded machine learning with hybrid analog signal generation. An ESP32 executes an INT8-quantized CNN to classify bird species from audio captured via a microphone, and applies a Bioacoustic Resonance Inversion (BRI) algorithm to generate species-specific deterrence signals based on audiogram sensitivity. The signal is synthesized through a PWM-driven NE555-based analog oscillator and amplified for output. A reinforcement learning agent adapts system behavior using bird departure feedback, with federated updates shared across devices without transmitting raw audio. The system provides adaptive, species-targeted deterrence with improved effectiveness over conventional methods.
