Inventors include Praveen Tyagi; Shivam Tyagi; and Ashwani Kumar.
The application for the patent was published on October 02, 2026, under issue no. 40/2026.
Abstract: The present invention discloses an adaptive AI-assisted hybrid healthcare system for intelligent clinical decision support with mandatory physician supervision. The system integrates patient-reported symptoms, medical reports, wearable sensor data, and longitudinal electronic health records to generate provisional diagnostic assessments and treatment recommendations using an AI-driven clinical reasoning engine. A doctor-personalization module customizes AI outputs according to individual physician preferences and historical clinical decisions, while an explainable AI layer provides transparent reasoning, symptom relevance, confidence scores, and supporting evidence. A risk-aware prescription validation engine evaluates proposed treatments for drug interactions, allergy conflicts, contraindications, and patient-specific risks before physician review. All AI-generated recommendations require approval, modification, and digital authentication by a licensed physician. Immutable audit logs, encryption, and compliance mechanisms ensure traceability, security, and regulatory adherence. The invention enhances clinical efficiency, physician trust, patient safety, and scalable digital healthcare delivery.
