The invention integrates Internet of Things (IoT) sensors, artificial intelligence algorithms, cloud computing, UPS tracking, and wireless communication technologies to ensure uninterrupted cold chain management. The system continuously records critical environmental parameters including temperature, humidity, storage duration, door opening frequency, vibration, and geographical location. Al algorithms analyze the collected data in real time to predict possible cold chain failures, identify abnormal storage conditions, estimate vaccine spoilage risk, and recommend corrective actions before vaccine potency is compromised. Instant notifications are transmitted to healthcare personnel through mobile applications, SMS, email, and cloud dashboards whenever abnormal conditions are detected.
