Abstract: The proposed framework combines two complementary cyber-protection approaches. Shadow AI Prompt Guardian inspects prompts entered into supported browser- based AI chatbots before transmission and identifies possible sensitive information such as API keys, passwords, personal data and payment-card candidates. It applies local detection techniques and can allow, block or redact prompt content before it is sent to an external AI service. The human-centric cyber risk framework analyses URLs, QR codes, PDFs, web pages, SMS messages and emails for phishing and social-engineering indicators. It combines technical, content, psychological and behavioral features, uses AI models to predict risk, produces an explainable Trust/Risk Score from 0 to 100, and provides a pre-click warning. The two paths aim to reduce accidental data disclosure and help users assess suspicious digital content.
