Abstract: ABSTRACT AI-POWERED SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR BLOOD TEST REPORT ANALYSIS AND DIABETIC RETINOPATHY RISK PREDICTION Disclosed is a local-first system (100) and method for blood test report analysis and diabetic retinopathy risk prediction. An input module (110) ingests an uploaded report in document or image format, and an optical-character-recognition and extraction engine (120) extracts parameters subject to interactive user review (123). A machine learning backend (130) comprising a hybrid model-selection classifier (132) selects, for each of a plurality of panels, a best-performing model from among a support vector machine (133), random forest (134) and feed-forward neural network (135), classifying each parameter as normal, low or high; a diabetic retinopathy risk-prediction module (136) estimates a pre-symptomatic risk from biochemical blood markers. A natural language summary module (140) produces plain-language explanations, and a results and reporting module (150) presents colour-coded reference-range bars, trends and an exportable report. Recognition and inference are performed locally without transmitting health data to the cloud. [
