Abstract: Al-powered smart tattoos are emerging as an innovative solution for continuous health monitoring and real-time data collection. These wearable devices are designed as thin, flexible electronic systems that can be attached directly to the skin to monitor various physiological parameters without causing discomfort. The proposed system integrates MAX30102, DS18B20, GSR, and AD8232 sensors to measure heart rate, blood-oxygen - saturation, body temperature, stress levels, and heart activity. An Arduino Uno microcontroller is used to collect and process sensor data, while an HC-05 Bluetooth module enables wireless communication with external devices such as smartphones and monitoring applications. The collected health data is analyzed using Al techniques to identify patterns, detect abnormalities, and generate timely health alerts. Continuous monitoring allows users and healthcare professionals to track health conditions in real time and take preventive actions when necessary. The system supports remote healthcare, personalized health management, and early disease detection. With its compact design, low power consumption, and intelligent data analysis capabilities, the Al-powered smart tattoo offers a reliable, non- invasive, and efficient solution for next-generation healthcare monitoring and patient management.
