Abstract: The current invention is connected with an AI-based Smart Grievance Redressal System that is aimed at enhancing the interaction between citizens and municipal officials. The system allows users to report civic problems including the road damage, water leakage, sanitation problems and electrical faults via a mobile application by providing description of the problem, pictures and location details in form of GPS. The complaints reported are kept in the cloud-based database and automatically processed by different municipal corporations and departments according to the location and type of complaint. The system also has a role-based administrative system with Super Admin, Corporation Admin and Department Officers to manage and solve complaints efficiently. Also, the system includes an artificial intelligence-based support assistant based on the LLaMA model with the help of Ollama that helps the users to comprehend the process of complaints and navigate the program. The invention is efficient, transparent, and real-time in managing civic complaints, and this is appropriate in the contemporary smart city governance systems.
