Abstract: AI-Powered Smart E-Commerce Inventory Management and Automated Engineering Logistics System Abstract: The current innovation is a smart e-commerce inventory management and automated engineering logistics system driven by artificial intelligence that uses an integrated digital platform to intelligently manage inventory, e-commerce orders, engineering materials, warehouse operations, and logistics activities. To increase supply-chain efficiency, the system integrates artificial intelligence, machine learning, predictive analytics, real-time inventory monitoring, automatic replenishment, order management, route optimisation, and engineering logistics coordination. Data from various sources, such as past sales data, present inventory levels, purchase orders, supplier information, customer orders, warehouse information, engineering material requirements, transportation data, delivery status, market trends, and other operational parameters, are received and processed by the system. In order to estimate product and engineering material demand, detect any shortages or surplus inventory, establish acceptable stock levels, and produce intelligent replenishment recommendations, an artificial intelligence engine evaluates the collected data. Inventory quantities at warehouses, storage facilities, engineering sites, and other facilities are continuously monitored by a real-time inventory management module. The system can automatically create replenishment requests, buy recommendations, transfer instructions, or supplier notifications when inventory hits a predefined or dynamically calculated level. Predicted demand, lead time, past consumption, seasonality, supplier performance, and logistics circumstances can all be used to dynamically modify the threshold. An automated engineering logistics module is also included in the system, which is set up to manage the transportation of engineering parts, equipment, tools, components, and materials between suppliers, warehouses, engineering facilities, service locations, and clients. Based on variables like distance, delivery time, inventory availability, transportation capacity, urgency, cost, and operational constraints, an optimisation engine chooses the best transportation routes, shipment priorities, carrier assignments, delivery schedules, and warehouse movement sequences.
