Authorized workforce data collected from organizational systems is validated, standardized, and transformed into analytical features. Artificial intelligence and machine learning models evaluate performance trends, productivity variations, competency gaps, development requirements, and potential workforce risks. Personalized training, mentorship, certification, project assignment, and career development recommendations are generated based on employee capabilities, learning history, role requirements, and strategic organizational needs.
