Abstract: The present invention provides an AI-driven framework and system designed for personalized teaching and learning within higher education institutions. The system includes a data resources module alongside a data extraction unit that is set up to retrieve and extract raw educational data from various institutional repositories. A dual-path processing unit processes the extracted information by employing a text parsing module, which segments file-based content into standardized 800-character sections, while a direct structuring module handles JSON-formatted data without the need for parsing. The processed segments and structured information are converted into high-dimensional vector representations through an encoding unit, which then creates a unified and searchable knowledge base aimed at enhancing personalized educational delivery and analytics.
