Abstract: AI POWERED PERSONAL PRODUCTIVITY AND GROWTH COMPANION This project presents an automated incident response framework designed to manage server-side failures in distributed cloud computing environments. It uses a high-speed data ingestion system to efficiently process large volumes of log data while compressing repeated messages and preserving important metadata such as trace IDs and service IDs. The framework integrates Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to retrieve relevant troubleshooting information from both internal and external knowledge sources based on the nature of the incident. To ensure data privacy, it includes a mandatory sanitization layer that removes sensitive and personally identifiable information before processing. A locally deployed language model enables secure analysis without exposing confidential data to external services. Experimental results demonstrate an incident retrieval accuracy of approximately 92.5% and a significant improvement in processing speed compared to manual analysis. The system reduces incident resolution time to less than 12 seconds, making it highly efficient for real-time operations. Overall, the framework provides a scalable, secure, and cost-effective solution for automated incident detection, analysis, and response in modern cloud environments.
