Abstract: ABSTRACT “AI-POWERED MULTI-OMICS DEVICE FOR GUT-METABOLITE BIOMARKER DETECTION AND PERSONALIZED NUTRACEUTICAL RECOMMENDATION IN TYPE 2 DIABETES” relates to an AI-powered personalized device for gutmetabolite biomarker detection and precision nutraceutical supplementation in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2D). The device comprises a glucose biosensor and test strip, potentiostat, analog-to-digital converter, embedded processing unit, user data input interface, display unit, wireless communication interface and cloud-based database. The device acquires and processes blood glucose measurements and receives user-specific physiological information, gut microbiome data, gut metabolite data and blood metabolite data. An artificial intelligence-based biomarker analysis module integrates the received data to identify T2D-associated metabolic biomarkers, metabolite patterns and dysbiosis-associated signatures. A nutraceutical recommendation module correlates the identified biomarkers with naturally derived bioactive compounds and generates personalized nutraceutical supplement recommendations. The device thereby provides an integrated device for biomarker-guided gut metabolic assessment and personalized nutraceutical supplementation in Type 2 Diabetes. Refer
