Abstract: The present invention relates to an AI-Powered Multi-Crop Disease Prediction and Treatment Recommendation System that integrates Artificial Intelligence (AI), Computer Vision, Internet of Things (IoT), and multimodal data fusion to enable early detection of crop diseases and intelligent decision support for sustainable agriculture. The proposed system acquires crop images through smartphones, drones, or field cameras and combines them with soil parameters, environmental conditions, weather information, and historical agricultural data to accurately identify diseases affecting multiple crop varieties. A multimodal AI engine analyzes the integrated data to predict disease type, estimate disease severity, and forecast potential disease progression under varying environmental conditions. Based on the prediction results, the system generates personalized crop-specific treatment recommendations, including appropriate pesticide or biological control measures, fertilizer optimization, irrigation scheduling, and preventive management practices. The invention further incorporates Explainable Artificial Intelligence (XAI) techniques to provide confidence scores and transparent reasoning for each prediction, thereby improving user trust and decision-making. Real-time monitoring, GPS-enabled field mapping, cloud-based analytics, and continuous learning capabilities facilitate proactive crop health management while reducing unnecessary pesticide usage and minimizing crop losses. The proposed invention enhances agricultural productivity, promotes sustainable farming practices, optimizes resource utilization, and provides an intelligent decision-support platform suitable for farmers, agricultural experts, research institutions, and precision farming applications. This invention bridges conventional farming practices with advanced AI-driven technologies to improve crop health management, food security, and environmental sustainability.
