Abstract: This development introduces an AI-powered multi-agent incident management and root cause analysis system designed to improve the reliability, availability, compliance, and operational response of production systems in regulated industries such as banking and healthcare. Conventional incident handling approaches often face challenges such as manual alert monitoring, time-consuming log investigation, experience-dependent root cause guessing, inconsistent escalation, and incomplete audit documentation. By using an intelligent Artificial Intelligence framework built on a pluggable connector interface that continuously retrieves live logs, performance metrics, and alerts from backend services, the suggested system addresses these limitations. Real-time data collected from connected monitoring sources is processed using AI-based agents to automatically detect anomalies, create structured incident records, correlate logs with recent deployments, identify the likely root cause, and recommend a corrective action. The system provides real-time information through an automated incident report and a live reliability dashboard. AI-based analysis and decision-support mechanisms enable site reliability engineers, DevOps teams, and production support teams to resolve incidents faster, track service-level agreement (SLA) compliance, and maintain a complete audit trail of every action taken. Through cloud connectivity, the system facilitates real-time data retrieval, automated incident creation and assignment, human-approved remediation, continuous monitoring loops, and historical incident tracking. The modular, connector-based design can be applied to banking and financial services, healthcare systems, e-commerce platforms, and other always-on digital services, and is portable to other monitoring or logging platforms through the same connector interface without changing the underlying agent logic. By removing the need for engineers to manually search through raw logs, replacing guesswork with evidence-based root cause suggestions, and recording every action for regulators automatically and continuously, the proposed solution contributes to safer, smarter, and more resilient system operations.
