Abstract: Abstract An AI-powered meeting assistant system includes an audio input interface, calendar input interface, processor, memory, automatic speech recognition module, transcript preprocessing module, natural language processing module, meeting record generation module, integration module, feedback module, and output interface. Meeting speech received from a live or recorded session is converted into transcript text and organised into a structured transcript. The natural language processing module extracts meeting topics, keywords, decisions, action items, responsible persons, and deadlines from the structured transcript. A meeting record generation module produces meeting minutes and a task list, and an integration module shares records or generates reminders through calendar and communication platforms. User correction data is stored through a feedback module for improving later extraction and summarisation operations. The system converts spoken meeting content into structured, reviewable, and shareable meeting records tied to meeting metadata.
