Abstract: ABSTRACT The Al-Powered Inventory Management System is a comprehensive web-based application designed to manage and monitor inventory operations efficiently in real time. It is developed using HTML and CSS to create a responsive and user-friendly interface, while Python with the Flask framework is used to handle backend logic and server-side operations. MySQL is used as the database to store and manage product details, stock levels, and transaction records securely. The system replaces traditional manual inventory methods by automating key processes, which significantly reduces human effort, minimizes errors, and ensures accurate and consistent data management. Users can easily add, update, delete, and view product information, making inventory handling more organized and streamlined. The system offers essential features such as real-time stock tracking, which allows users to instantly view current inventory levels, and low-stock alerts that notify users when items need to be restocked. Additionally, basic Al techniques are integrated to analyze inventory data, identify patterns, and support better decision-making, such as predicting demand or highlighting frequently sold products. A key enhancement in this project is the inclusion of a chatbot, which acts as an intelligent assistant for users. The chatbot can answer queries, guide users through different functionalities, and provide quick support related to inventory management tasks, making the system more interactive and user- friendly. Overall, this system improves efficiency, saves time, enhances accuracy, and provides a smart, automated solution suitable for modem businesses aiming for effective inventory control and digital transformation.
