Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention relates to an AI-powered fire detection and automated suppression system integrating deep learning, IoT, and real-time geolocation for autonomous fire safety management. The system comprises at least one image acquisition unit configured to capture real-time visual data of a monitored area, a processing unit executing a trained YOLO-based fire detection model, and a spatial zoning module configured to identify a fire-occurrence region within predefined sectors. Upon fire detection, a controller activates local alert mechanisms and a relay-actuated suppression module configured to discharge extinguishing media. The system further includes a GPS-based geolocation module and a wireless communication module configured to transmit remote fire alerts including location coordinates to an external user device or mobile application. The invention provides integrated fire detection, localization, automated suppression, and remote geospatial notification in a closed-loop architecture suitable for industrial facilities, fireworks manufacturing units, warehouses, residential buildings, and remote monitoring environments.
