Abstract: An AI-powered energy maintenance and load orchestration system, comprises of a housing 101 inside a standard auxiliary breaker box 102, a high-speed analog-to- digital converter to capture unique harmonic distortion signatures and startup current spikes, enabling an AI (artificial intelligence) module integrated with an embedded microcontroller to utilize NILM (non-intrusive load monitoring) protocols to identify individual appliance electrical fingerprints, multiple pressure-sensitive magnetic snap-on current transformers 103 with an electrical wiring 104 within the breaker box 102 and detect sub-circuit connections and enable the microcontroller to register the connections into the system accordingly, a safety monitoring module to monitor the circuitry in real-time and enable the microcontroller to generate an alert upon detection of abnormal conditions, a voltage transient suppressor 112 and a surge analysis circuit 108 to measure grid stress, log surge events and provide redundant fire and surge protection.
