MEENAKSHI AMMAL DENTAL COLLEGE AND HOSPITAL ABSTRACT The present invention discloses an artificial intelligence–powered clinical decision support system for endodontic procedures, configured to assist in the selection of appropriate endodontic file systems and treatment protocols during root canal therapy. The system comprises a clinician input device for receiving patient-specific clinical and radiographic data, an imaging acquisition unit for capturing periapical radiographs and cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) images, and a processing unit configured to execute machine learning algorithms for analyzing canal morphology and clinical parameters. The system further includes a risk assessment hardware module for identifying procedural risks and generating alerts, a chairside display unit for providing real-time visual guidance, and a cloud-connected storage server for maintaining an evidence-based repository of clinical cases and protocols.
