Abstract: The present system discloses an AI-Powered Dynamic Risk Prediction Engine for Smart Organizations that continuously predicts organizational risks using heterogeneous enterprise data. The invention integrates ERP systems, financial databases, cybersecurity logs, IoT devices, HR records, cloud infrastructure, and external market information into a unified AI framework. A novel Dynamic Explainable Multi-Source Adaptive Risk Prediction (DEMAP) framework combines Graph Neural Networks, Temporal Transformer Networks, Bayesian inference, Reinforcement Learning, Explainable AI, and Digital Twin simulation to generate real-time, interpretable, and adaptive risk assessments. The system continuously updates risk scores, explains prediction factors, simulates mitigation strategies, and recommends optimal actions through an executive dashboard. Compared with conventional risk management systems, the proposed invention significantly improves prediction accuracy, reduces false alarms, enhances transparency, and enables proactive organizational decision-making, making it suitable for smart enterprises, government organizations, healthcare institutions, financial organizations, manufacturing industries, educational institutions, and critical infrastructure.
