Abstract: The present invention discloses an AI-Powered Cloud-IoT Ecosystem for Dynamic Management of Epidemic Outbreaks designed to provide real-time healthcare monitoring, outbreak surveillance, and efficient epidemic response management. The proposed ecosystem 5 integrates IoT-enabled healthcare sensors, an embedded processing unit, wireless communication technologies, and cloud-based healthcare intrastructure to—collect—, process, and analyze physiological and environmental information. The system utilizes sensors for monitoring vital parameters such as body temperature, oxygen saturation, heart activity, blood pressure, and surrounding environmental conditions. An Arduino Portenta H7 10 integrated processing unit enables sensor data acquisition, local processing, and secure communication with cloud platforms. The cloud infrastructure supports centralized data storage, healthcare information management, and intelligent analysis for identifying health variations and supporting medical decisions. The invention enables remote patient monitoring, early detection of abnormal conditions, and improved coordination among 15 healthcare providers and public health authorities. The proposed ecosystem offers a scalable and reliable solution for managing epidemic outbreaks by enhancing real- time surveillance, reducing response delays, and improving healthcare resource utilization during critical situations.
