Abstract: ABSTRACT AI-POWERED CHATBOT SYSTEM FOR REAL-TIME INVENTORY STOCK LEVEL MONITORING The present invention provides an AI-powered chatbot system (100) for real-time inventory stock level monitoring. The system comprises a user interface module (110) with a chat interface component (112) and an owner dashboard component (114), a chatbot engine (120) with a local intent recognition unit (122) employing TF-IDF vectorization and cosine similarity for intent classification and a large language model integration unit (124) for processing complex queries, a database module (130) storing product records (132), supplier records (134), and sales records (136), an authentication module (140), and an external API interface module (150). The system employs a dual-processing approach wherein queries exceeding a confidence threshold are handled locally, while queries below the threshold are routed to a large language model with real-time inventory context. An analytics computation unit (126) generates low-stock alerts and top-seller reports. A restock automation unit (128) enables automated stock updates and supplier communication letter generation. [
