Abstract: The present invention relates to a lecture processing and learning assistance system for automatically converting lecture audio into structured educational content and performance analytics. The system comprises an audio acquisition module, a speech recognition module, an audio analytics module, a natural language processing module, a generative content module, an assessment module, an analytics module, and a user interface. The speech recognition module generates time-stamped transcripts from uploaded, streamed, or online lecture audio, while the audio analytics module identifies emphasized lecture segments by analysing speech energy and speaking rate. The natural language processing module extracts keywords, concepts, and definitions, and associates them with emphasized content. The generative content module automatically produces structured study notes and topic-based multiple-choice questions. The assessment and analytics modules evaluate learner performance and generate topic-wise learning insights. The system supports live classroom sessions with real-time transcription, synchronized content delivery, and interactive assessments, thereby improving learning effectiveness, preserving instructional emphasis, reducing manual note-taking, and enabling intelligent educational assistance through an integrated artificial intelligence-based platform.
