Abstract: ABSTRACT AI-IOT INTEGRATED SYSTEM FOR REAL-TIME ESG COMPLIANCE MONITORING AND AUTOMATED DISCLOSURE A smart ESG compliance monitoring system (100) integrates distributed IoT sensing devices (102), an AI-driven compliance processing platform (108), and an immutable audit-trail engine (130) for continuous environmental, social, and governance compliance management. The system acquires real-time measurements from sensor networks and converts them into regulatory compliance determinations through an edge validation engine (114), ESG digital twin engine (116), dynamic taxonomy mapping engine (118), and AI compliance determination engine (120). A materiality assessment engine (122) determines mandatory disclosure obligations. A sensor-to-disclosure conversion engine (126) autonomously generates regulatory disclosures, compliance certificates, and stakeholder notifications. A predictive compliance forecasting engine (124) anticipates future breaches. A stakeholder notification engine (128) routes differentiated outputs to regulator, investor, trustee, auditor, and issuer interfaces.
