Abstract: The present invention relates to an Al-integrated wearable device for real-time dehydration detection and hydration management. The system is designed to continuously monitor physiological parameters associated with body fluid balance using multiple-non-invasive sensors, 5 including skin temperature, heart rate, sweat composition, and bioimpedance sensors. The collected physiological information is processed by an STM32L476RG microcontroller, which performs data analysis and executes embedded Al algorithms to identify dehydration conditions and estimate hydration levels. A u-blox NINA-B306 Bluetooth communication module enables wireless transmission of processed information to connect devices and cloud-based monitoring 10 platforms. The system provides real-time hydration alerts, personalized recommendations, and long-term hydration trend analysis to support preventive healthcare. The invention is suitable for applications including healthcare monitoring, sports performance, elderly care, occupational safety, military operations, and emergency response. The proposed wearable solution offers continuous, non- invasive, and intelligent hydration assessment for improving user safety and 15 health management.
