Abstract: ABSTRACT: Title: Ai-Integrated Smart Polyherbal Drug Delivery System for Personalized Therapeutic Response Monitoring The present invention discloses an Artificial Intelligence (AI)-integrated smart polyherbal drug delivery system engineered for real-time, closed-loop personalized therapeutic response monitoring and dynamic phytopharmaceutical dosage regulation. The system comprises a bio-compatible housing housing a plurality of isolated micro-reservoirs holding standardized nano-encapsulated polyherbal extracts. An integrated multi-parametric micro-biosensor array featuring graphene field-effect transistors (GFETs) and enzymatic micro- electrodes continuously monitors physiological inflammatory cytokines, metabolic indicators, and pH levels. An onboard ultra-low-power Edge-AI neuromorphic processor receives and evaluates biosensor inputs locally using quantized deep neural network algorithms to calculate a dynamic therapeutic response index without relying on cloud computation. Based on this real-time index, the Edge-AI processor delivers low-voltage pulse-width modulated signals to electro-active polymer (EAP) hydrogel micro-valves, releasing precise synergistic ratios of the phytocompounds into target biological tissue. The platform ensures optimal bio-efficacy, mitigates off-target toxicity, and provides autonomous personalized chronic disease management.
