Abstract: The present invention relates to an AI-integrated smart mental health monitoring and suicide risk prediction system for real-time detection of psychological distress and suicide risk. The system collects emotional, behavioral, and physiological data from wearable devices, smartphones, microphones, cameras, and digital communication platforms. An AI-based emotion detection module analyzes voice, text, and facial expressions, while a behavioral analytics engine monitors mobility, social interaction, digital usage, and routine deviations. A physiological monitoring module evaluates biomarkers including heart rate variability, sleep patterns, galvanic skin response, blood oxygen saturation, and activity levels. A multimodal AI fusion engine integrates these inputs to generate a dynamic suicide risk score. Based on risk severity, an alert escalation module initiates interventions including self-help prompts, caregiver alerts, clinician notifications, or emergency response. The system further includes a dashboard for real-time monitoring and a privacy- preserving security framework. The invention enables continuous, personalized, and proactive mental health monitoring with early intervention capability.
