Abstract: The present invention relates to an AI-integrated intelligent sports training mat for skill analysis, fitness assessment, and injury prevention through intelligent biomechanical movement evaluation and adaptive sports training optimization. The system comprises a training surface module configured to support athletic movement and sports training activities, and a sensor acquisition module configured to continuously capture biomechanical movement parameters including pressure distribution, posture alignment, balance conditions, landing mechanics, movement symmetry, and agility behaviour using embedded sensing interfaces. A processing and control module processes the acquired biomechanical data, while an artificial intelligence-based movement analysis engine analyses real-time and historical movement information using machine learning algorithms, predictive analytics frameworks, and biomechanical comparison models for evaluating posture correctness, movement stability, athletic performance, and injury-prone movement behaviour. A predictive injury assessment module estimates injury-risk conditions associated with abnormal movement mechanics and fatigue-induced imbalance conditions. A feedback generation module provides real-time corrective feedback, while a wireless communication and cloud interface facilitates remote monitoring and athletic performance analytics. The integrated intelligent sports training framework improves movement assessment accuracy, enhances sports performance analysis, reduces injury risks, and supports intelligent rehabilitation and athletic training applications.
