The application for the patent was published on July 03, 2026, under issue no. 27/2026.
Abstract: The present invention provides an AI-integrated framework that manages ecotourism in conservation zones while improving the livelihoods of local communities. To overcome the limitations of manual, fragmented ecotourism models, the system integrates artificial intelligence, machine learning, IoT, remote sensing, blockchain, and data analytics into a single, data-driven platform that ingests real-time and historical data on visitor behaviour, environmental conditions, and the local economy. Using forecasting models, visitor clustering, and eco-sensitive route optimisation, the framework manages tourist flow so that visitor activity remains aligned with conservation goals. IoT-based monitoring tracks biodiversity and climate conditions in real time; AI-driven skill matching connects local artisans, guides, and service providers with suitable opportunities; and blockchain-enabled revenue distribution ensures fair and transparent payments to local stakeholders. AI-based detection further supports compliance and flags illegal activity, such as poaching and deforestation. Running on a scalable cloud infrastructure, the system delivers real-time updates, economic and socio- environmental impact assessment, and a feedback loop that continuously learns from visitor input and real-world outcomes. The result is a balanced, adaptive solution that protects natural ecosystems, empowers local communities, and supports the long-term sustainability of conservation zones.
