Abstract: The present invention relates to a system for lifecycle tracking and management of gas cylinders, comprising a plurality of gas cylinders, each gas cylinder associated with a dynamic QR code and an RFID tag. The system comprises a centralized platform configured to maintain a unique digital identity mapped to the dynamic QR code and the RFID tag for each gas cylinder. A data capture layer comprising QR scanning devices, RFID readers and vision-based cameras is configured to capture identifiers from the gas cylinders during operational events. A fusion engine is configured to resolve QR and RFID identifiers to the same digital identity and perform cross-verification to detect mismatch, cloning, replacement or missing-tag scenarios. A plant module, a distributor module and a consumer module are configured to generate lifecycle transactions. An artificial intelligence validation engine is configured to analyse lifecycle events and detect abnormal or exception scenarios. An enterprise dashboard is configured to present inventory visibility, movement intelligence and compliance alerts.
