Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a system and method for transparent and secure quality assessment of agricultural commodities across a supply chain. The system comprises a plurality of AI-powered quality testing devices including: a moisture meter; a grain analyzer; and a NIR-based device; a plurality of IoT-enabled sensors; a blockchain platform, and a traceability interface. The method comprises capturing real-time quality parameters of agricultural produce; capturing environmental parameters; encrypting and transmitting the quality and environmental data to the blockchain platform; immutably recording the encrypted data on the blockchain to prevent tampering or modification; generating a unique QR code linked to the blockchain record of each batch; and enabling traceability by allowing stakeholders to access the blockchain record through the QR code.
